Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Bark + Barly, and we’re always happy to help if something isn’t quite right.

Exchanges & Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible.

We’ll happily arrange an exchange or replacement, free of charge, including for Paw Balm products where applicable.

Returns on Bark + Barly Products
Most Bark + Barly products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided you contact us by email before sending anything back. Returns that are sent without prior email approval unfortunately can’t be accepted, as this helps us track and process returns correctly.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Paw Balm & Hygiene Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on Paw Balm or any hygiene products once opened.

This policy ensures the wellbeing of all pets and allows us to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
